Relevant Education and Experience
Franco Aquila and Scott Forbes are co-founders of the Corporation and have each over 20 years of experience in the design, manufacturing and installation of indoor and outdoor play structures.
Terence Forbes has acted as a senior manager with Dunhill Development Corp. and the Housing Corporation of British Columbia, as an advisor to the Department of Housing and Canada Mortgage and Housing (Vancouver Island Projects) and was formerly Vice-President of United Properties Ltd. Mr. Forbes has over 35 years business experience in development and marketing of residential and Hotel properties.
David Perkins holds a Certified Financial Planning designation and has over 15 years experience in the investment and financial planning industry.
David Wood has over 25 years experience in senior management positions with other TSX Venture Listed and private consulting companies.
Mark Neale has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, holds his securities licence in addition to several financially related designations. Mr. Neale has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry and is active on the boards of several charitable organizations.
